Servicing of our Air Turbine Tools® is available from our Florida facility and from authorized distributors worldwide. All of our products can be repaired or rebuilt. Technical support is available from the factory or throughauthorized distributors in the US for certain products *hand tools(and factory trained distributors in many countries. Service and support are important to our relationship with the users of our products. Many of our innovations have come from customers, so we welcome customer feedback.To avoid problems, it is essential that a regulated flow of clean, dry, oil free 90psi / (6.2bar) compressed air at sufficient CFM/L/S’s be used.

A diagnostic report will be sent for each tool submitted and / or repair quotation submitted for your approval prior to work being performed.

Always follow safety instructions and user notes found with the manufacturers products and in the catalog. Air Turbine Tools® require dry, clean compressed air. Optional filters and extractors are available to remove particulates, moisture or oil from an air supply (see accessories).

Avoid small diameter couplings and hoses that restrict air flow to your tool. Use 1/4"/ 6mm minimium diameter hose and couplings. For larger double turbine tools, spindles and motors (such as 210, 230, 430 and 650 models) ensure a minimum hose, fittings and coupling internal diameter of 3/8" / 9mm.
